15 minute ASMR session $15
Add 15 minutes of ASMR before your facial! ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a nervous system reset, completely different than a massage. ASMR at Solari is slow repetitive movements with soft or firm brushes, soothing scalp tools, jade combs and various textures. We don't use much tapping or crinkling of plastic/paper. We use slow, structured, intentional moves to let your body relax. These movements allows your nervous system to know it is okay and safe to give in and relax. Think of our ASMR sessions as a full nervous system reset!
